Well, we got there a little late. My niece was the first one there and they let her get a key to the room. Our room was clean and comfortable, also well stocked with everything we needed. We got back from the concert about 11 and crashed. We checked out the next morning about 9am and headed straight for breakfast. Since we were late we didn't get a chance to try out the pool. I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Liked: It was clean; a little more updated than a few places I have been. The best breakfast! That was a big deal to me. Staff was great!
Disliked: Nothing bad.

The minute you walk into the room the stinch hits you and doesn't get any better, even when the air conditioning is turned on. I don't think of a Best Western looking like this as my wife and I were very dissapointed. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Liked: It was close to Riverbend Music Center
Disliked: Non-smoking room that smelled terrible and overall was very dingy and dirty

Disliked: The shower door wouldn't stay closed. Even though I put the maid service sign on the door the room was not made up. Had to request fresh towels

Liked: The breakfast was standard hotel fare but very tidy and decent. Rooms were not perfectly clean- ok- but not reflective of cost. Nice dog area. Staff was excellent though.
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner. Supplies could have been more stocked- shampoo, blankets, etc. It could have been cleaner- for the money. Shower was ok- short shower head but that seems hotel standard. Overall price not reflective of product.

Disliked: It took the room heat to long to heat room 2hrs they offered to change our room but they were cold also so we just stayed until it warned up we were brought nice blankets to accommodate
