Chambersburg renovation at BW

Liked: The facility was like new - clean and fresh. Location was easy to access.Breakfast was rather standard; however, the attendant was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room lighting was rather dim.

Wouldn’t stay here again, or...

Disliked: Gap in door frame starting at bottom going to the door handle. Door didn’t latch when closed, had to push very hard while lifting up. Very thin walls, could hear next room full conversation, alarms, hair dryer. As a woman traveling alone they announced my room number out loud for anyone in lobby to hear, there was another woman in lobby on phone near desk. When I walked out of my room the same lady was standing outside my door, still on phone pretending not to know which room she was in. Thankfully I travel with my dog who doesn’t take kindly to strangers getting in our space. Spend the extra money and stay at the La Quinta right next door.

It was a pleasurable experience.

Liked: It was clean and the bathrooms had a bathtub and that is nice when you’re traveling with a small child. And the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: I picked this location because of the laundry facility. They stated they had I had a small load to wash it cost me five dollars and they weren’t even dry yet.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Service was ok. Bed in room was ok.
Disliked: The place is satisfactory, ordinary.

Liked: Good breakfast, very clean, good value
Disliked: WiFi band width was not sufficient to watch football game on Prime Video. We were in a room right off the lobby so it was noisy. Next time we'll request a quieter room.

Disliked: Room door slammed shut each time, drains in room missing or not installed correctly
