I was Hungry after Breakfast...

Liked: Taste wise the breakfast was Good and the dinning area was very clean
Disliked: I didn't like that the Cook could only put out a small amount of food at a time when there was quit a few guests needing to be Fed .I think it would help this Hotel by investing in a Air Fryer Oven to get a Larger amount of food out at One time

Liked: Very clean, very friendly staff, great rate.
Disliked: It is right next to a busy highway that has traffic all night. Didn't sleep well because of that. Parking lot is inadequate. The drive through the parking lot is not an easy drive.

Liked: The staff and property manager was very friendly and accommodating to our immediate needs. The free breakfast offered a variety of items each day and was good. There was plenty of parking and the location was decent.
Disliked: When we checked into our room for 3 days, I found that the room didn't smell clean. There was a lot of dust in the corners of the rooms room, bathroom, and TV stand. After expecting the room further, I found that the shower didn't work properly, the TV cable wasn't available, and phone's buttons didn't work to dial out. There was hair and toe nail clippings on the carpet and in the corner behind the door, along with hair on the toilet seat, and yellow satins behind the toilet which I assume was urine. I informed the front desk of all the issues that were found, and she was apologetic and she that she would inform the property manager asap. There was a lot of noise throughout the night from guests and nearby traffic.

Liked: Check out was easy and the breakfast was OK. The staff at breakfast was awesome
Disliked: After driving hours in terrible weather, I arrived 45 minutes early and had to pay $25 for early check in. I didn’t like that! I was exhausted and my daughter urgently needed to use a BR.(the woman at the desk told me there was no public bathroom). It took her 20 minutes to check us in! If conditions were different I would have waited for the 3 pm check in!. I really doubt I will use a Best Western facility again if their policy requires a fee for early check in, I may have checked in early but I was on the road by 830 am.
