Room was extremely small and outdated. No way was it a king sized bed. Could hear water running through pipes in ceiling. Was told it was the heating system. Was not offered any type of compensation. Refused to refund my money. I did not stay there. Found another hotel in a nicer part of Philly.

Overall this hotel is too old. It needs renovation right now. Some buttons are hard to switch. The restroom is very small. But you can see the skyline by the window. It easy to walk to museum of art and eastern state penitentiary.

location excellent. Whole food around the corner. walking distance form train station and the museums. carpets on the floors need replacement. doors although painted look as if they were broken into. Beds good, TV perfect. There is this slight feeling of seediness in the hotel. that's my only negative comment. Staff was helpful and nice.
