Liked: I did not check in when I arrived at the hotel it was under construction. I asked to see my room before I checked in. The room had a really bad smell. It was run down and dirty . There was no way I was going to stay there . So I told the girl at the front desk that I would not be checking in and did she have another room she said no so I told her to cancel my reservation and she told me that they have a cancelation policy and she said I had to call booking .com so I did call and explained the situation you guys are in contact with the hotel regardless they can’t make me pay for a room that smells I expect booking . Com to resolve this matter for me so

Liked: The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and tried to really make us feel welcome and like valued guests. They left special snacks in the room and allowed us to check in early. The linens and towels were nice and looked brand new.
Disliked: The inn looked quite different from the pictures online. I think they are in the process of remodeling to try to make it look like the images posted, but it was a bit misleading.

Don't stay here unless you...

Liked: The location was very close to family and shops and stores. The room was quiet.
Disliked: The room was very run down. The faucet leaked, the draws were broken, the phone in the room didn't work, at times the television didn't work, and the safe was broken and stuck out from the closet making it a hazard to bang your shin on. It rained the weekend we were there and the pathway to the room was flooded and there was no effort to remove the water from the pathway. The following day when the rain stopped they put out caution signs. There was no one who came to clean the room, make the beds or supply new towels throughout the entire weekend. The supplies for shampoo and conditioner in the shower didn't work and I had to use my own supplies. Overall it was a horrible stay. Definitely not work the money.
