Clean rooms and common areas,...

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well kept the hotel was. If we have to go back to San Fernando Valley we would stay here again, It was nice to have the bowling alley there for the kids, they had a great time.
Disliked: The area was not so great but I knew that coming in. Also, the prices were a little high.

Great stay in the valley

Liked: Great hotel: very clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. The location is also ideal if you're travelling by car (The Orange Metro Line station is rather close though!). Lovely amenities too!

Very good amazing front desk...

Liked: Amazing staff the front desk especially were professional and very friendly made us very comfortable and at ease I will return due to the customer service alone . The location was not the best but not bad either the overall experience was 5 stars the cleanliness was great and the size was perfect the hot tub was hot and offers to keep it open as long as we were in it ! The check out was the most pleasant again staff was so friendly and i enjoyed the conversation where usually I don’t I prefer basic cordial communication at most however the front desk was very kind and I felt comfortable and was able to have a short and pleasant conversation upon checking out ! As well as check in they were able to accommodate my special request and made the check in smooth and easy ! 5 diamond 5 star service for sure
Disliked: The price I felt was too hight however I understand the high prices are the average room rate and I believe they offer price Match and will pay you the price difference if you find the room rate at or in a different site or platform with a loser cost for the same room on the same days
