Very poor service and experience; located in perfect location, but not a well cared for hotel.

Liked: Shuttle to the Allstate Arena for concert.
Disliked: Outside doors were not secured (pulled open without a key card); no water pressure in shower; room and halls smelled like stale smoke; only one working ice machine in whole hotel; pop machines empty and pop for sale at front desk at higher cost; suspicious activity involving a young woman carrying a backpack who we saw taking money from other guests for something from her backpack (not what I wanted my 16 year old daughter to see).

Liked: Breakfast was good!
Disliked: The restroom wasn't very clean. The toilet seat was small, and the hallways smelled. Additionally, the elevator was old and didn't seem safe.

Liked: Staff checked me in efficiently.
Disliked: Had to talk with maintenance person abut getting shower head fixed, although one asked, he took care of it right away.Stayed two nights. Did not even get trash emptied. No indication that staff had even entered the room to check.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and professional. Breakfast was great, our favorite was the make it yourself waffle. The location was great in relation to the airport.
