Will not stay here again....

Liked: My bed was great. two of my couple friends had to move to another room. This is no longer the Best Western and no one told us. They just bought the hotel and need to renovate it. bed was the best thing about the room. Location great. Staff was wonderful and accommodating.
Disliked: Two of my couple friends had to move to another room. This is no longer the Best Western and no one told us. They just bought the hotel and need to renovate it. Hotel had a little oder when walking in front door. Not horrible, but I don't like to smell anything coming into a facility. No hot water in one room. bathroom nasty in another room. Seems as if they just bought hotel and giving it some TLC. Location great. Did not want to eat breakfast the hotel seem to be a 1star hotel.

The Worst! Never Again

Disliked: Upon arrival, we requested a ground floor queen room with two queen beds disability accessible. We are elderly and were told that the room we paid for was not available. We were given a room on the fifth floor with one queen bed. Reception said that was the type of room we paid for, even though I had the confirmation in writing. There were no chairs in the room so we requested at least one chair be sent up. They responded by saying we could come downstairs and take chairs from the cafeteria up to our room. I feel we are due a refund or credit for these circumstances as we did pay for a handicapped room with two queen beds. One man we spoke with did not have command of the English language and was difficult to understand. They should not have had a person such as this working the front desk.

Disliked: Could not understand the Man at the desk. I ask for wake up call for 3AM never got it. No alarm clocks in the room to set up.

Liked: Excellent budget option to park and fly. The low price should match your low expectations. Clean and quiet have been our experience on each of our visits to this property.

Liked: Location to the Airport.
Disliked: Parking was a problem, luggage transport from car to room? NO COFFEE in the morning was a PROBLEM, that is pretty much all I Wanted!
