Liked: The room is clean, the staffs are nice, shuttle bus service is convenient. after I made the reservation, during the conversation, I received two phone numbers: one is 216-267-9634(this one is wrong), another one is 216-267-9364(this one is correct). That incorrect one should be correct or removed.
Disliked: It is good to inform the waiting area for the shuttle by after reservation being confirmed so that the travellers will not follow the "All shuttle bus" signs in the arrival level.

Liked: Convenient location to airport
Disliked: Lumpy pillows, old very thin sheets and 1 tiny bar of soap for 2 people. Also, there are no lotions in the bathroom ( usual amenities ). The sheets were so old they should have thrown away a long time ago !! The washcloths and towels ( nothing that ever matched ) must have been from a thrift shop and were very dingy, to say the least.All need to be replaced !

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, the staff, super friendly, and the shuttle experience to the airport was awesome. We are from Erie and travel through Cleveland a lot. I i feel that my car is in a very safe area and will be as I left it when i get back. It was very easy to get to the airport. Joe, the shuttle driver was great too!

Liked: The room size was great
Disliked: The pillows had yellow stains and the room had little ants everywhere. They said six people to my room. I had six people including myself and five kids. They callled me at 9:45 to put a deposit by 10:30 even though I did so when I first arrived. Bad stay!
