It was "OK" for the price; was quiet; clean; the staff was extremely friendly.

The desk help were nice. The smells were bad in the stairway, hallways and rooms.

Liked: Free breakfast; close to Tacoma Dome.
Disliked: Carpets were dirty and smelled bad.

Disliked: Not clean, missing screws, No coffee maker, Torn sheet. And the smell of this place is gross. We had to use lemon in water to create a better smell. The hair dryer fell off the wall when touched.

Poor

Dirty, false advertisement, loud, and...

Liked: Rooms a pretty standard size, it was walking distance to a travel center but that's about it food wise.
Disliked: Two abandoned buildings (one half-burned down) surrounded the property, it's a pretty rough area. The entire hotel smells like piss and I'm 99% certain the few people you actually see walking around indoors are homeless. The hotel staff will not give you clean towels or anything until 10:30AM when the maids arrive (in which case, you will still only get 2 towels for a 4 person room), which is a problem for checkout at 11:00 AM if you want to shower before leaving. They charge $15 every hour you're late checking out, but the staff won't be at the desk at 11AM and you're likely going to be charged the fee regardless. Breakfast is a lie, they do not have anything at all. Paid $400 to have a room that definitely has mold from constant outside moisture (can see outside through crack where A/C is), a window that is held shut by a plank of moist wood, missing door frames, a missing do not disturb sign, DIRTY PILLOWS/SHEETS, non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes, dents in the wall, dirty/stained/moist carpets, and listening to dogs bark their heads off. Spend the extra $50-100 and get a slightly nicer hotel anywhere else.

Liked: The staff was very nice it’s just the property and location that is very sketchy and full of homeless around :/.
Disliked: Full of homeless around the area and sketchy people asking you for money even outside the motel.
