The worst hotel ever!!!!

Liked: The only thing I did like was us Being 2 minutes away from the beach. It was literally walking distance. I was treated worst then I’ve ever been treated by this owner at any hotel I have ever booked!!! I will not ever stay at this hotel again!!!
Disliked: Roaches in the room, food from others stay in the room. Water splashed all over me out of the microwave when I went to warm up food. The tub was filthy, the sink and toilet was filthy also. I was locked out of my room after my kids and I was came back from an event. I was moved to another room that was even more filthy. The owner talked to me like I was a dog he even rushed me out of the room to move to the next one because he said he had to hurry up and clean it so someone else could book it. He told me that he couldn’t come to my room every time that I needed something. I called 4 times after we finally moved to the other room to get us some clean towels he wouldn’t answer the phone for me. I had to go out and buy us some. The walls were filthy, the blankets had spots all over them, the drawer was missing from the dresser, the tub drain was full of hair, it was disgusting. Overall the most disrespectful worst stay I have ever had!!! I won’t be coming back.

Liked: Not much when it comes to customer service, quite horrible, and the room to be expected. I'm just glad there were no roaches.

Liked: The gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and gave us the access details for the room before the agreed time.
Disliked: dark, uninviting room, bed linen with stains, the stove was a disaster. From the shaft there was a terrible smell of smoke and sometimes weed... as a family that books no smoking it was just brutal.

Liked: The location was good and price
Disliked: There was roaches room beside are room dud nothing but argue all night and beds hard as a rock

Liked: The only good things about this property were the location and the staff. It's right by the beach and the employees were friendly for the most part.
Disliked: The cockroach infestation was out of control. They were everywhere. They were crawling all over the beds and they were all over the kitchen walls.

Disliked: They had roaches. the bathroom was no clean neither was the floor in the entire room. They don’t have heat in the rooms

I would not stay there...

Liked: The location of the property is very good and makes it affordable for family on a budget. Easy walk to the beach.
Disliked: The room at corner where I staying was not clean. The bathroom is very dirty filled with dirt or mold in grout. The dollar tree close by I got some bleach and supplies to wipe down just not to catch germs. The sheet were dirty. I had ask for replacement sheets, I got them and they were suppose to be clean sheets but still dirty/filthy and stained. Bugs came out at night. And to make matters worst my son and I was cold every night. The heating system did not work.
