Overpriced motel camouflaging as boutique...

Liked: Just several blocks walking to 5th Ave, the main shopping and restaurant area in Naples. Pleasant lobby. Coffee machine in the room.
Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows; run down vanity in the bathroom; cleaning staff kept the door to the storage room next to our room open while they kept talking loudly there. Morning shift cleaning staff talking loudly in the hallways and storage room at 5:30 in the morning. Rude waitress serving around the pool to the point of telling us that she doesn’t have time for us when we asked her for a straw for our drinks.

Liked: Location was great, 2 blocks from 5th Avenue shopping, restaurants, playhouse. Shuttle service immediately available to go to the beach, grocery store, shopping.
Disliked: Very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful pool. Terrific happy hour.
