Liked: Easy check in and out . Fountain show at front of hotel. Comfy bed .
Disliked: It certainly didn't have the opulent feel it portrays. Was crowded, busy, loads of people in foyer that weren't paying guests. There to see various parts of the hotel ie fountain show, and chocolate fountain, and flower displays. Personally I think they should create a guest only entrance so not to get swept up in the crowd.

Liked: View was really good as we stayed in fountain view room. One night it didn't even work
Disliked: Despite its prestigious five star rating, our recent stay at Bellagio Hotel left much to be desired. While the beds were comfortable , the lack of basic amenities such as toiletries and slippers was disappointing. In a luxury establishment of this caliber, one would expect a more comprehensive range of facilities to enhance the guest experience. While the rates may reflect the promise of opulence, the absence of these amenities fell short of our expectations. Where as the other hotels give free parking for the club memberships Bellagio offer nothing for MGM memberships. We hope the management takes note of these short comings and implements necessary improvements to uphold the standards expected of a five star hotel.

WE HAD A LOVELY TINE...

Liked: OUR VIEW WAS WONDERFUL AND WE STAYED AWAKE TO WATCH THE FOUNTAIN.
Disliked: THE TABLES NEAR THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN RESTAURANT ARE NOT WASHED THE THREE TIMES WE USED THEM.I WAS SUPRISED AT THE SCRUFFY ATTIRE ON MANY OF THE CUSTOMERS. THIS IS BEYOND YOUR CONTROL BUT WHO YOU ARE ATTRACTING.

Beautiful hotel that lives up...

Liked: We stated in the Spa Tower in one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous. Beautiful bathroom and comfy bed. Pool was gorgeous as was the lobby of the hotel - this is the perfect location too if it's your first trip to Las Vegas, perfectly situated in the middle of the strip to make exploring easy.
Disliked: Only small thing was nowhere to fill up water bottles and no tea making facilities in room.

Disliked: The room was not clean at all, there were hairs in the bathroom. We arrived from 11 hour of drive and wanted to order room, yet the lettuce inside the sandwich was probably 10 years old exactly like the shower head. The last time stayed here was 2014 and a that time it was a glamours experience, I am afraid its now just an out dated hotel.
