Liked: Room was clean when we got to hotel and A/C had been turned on to cool the room.
Disliked: The sink was stopped up and had to be plunged which left stuff on the things around the sink. The shower had no pressure and we thought it was because of the time of day. However, if you flushed the toilet or turned on the sink you got better presure. No access for free wifi which is a standard item in most places we stay. The printer had no ink so we could not print boarding pass and had to do so at the airport, taking more of our time. The desk said they were waiting on corporate to get ink to them. I would think ink would be on hand at all times.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. We didn't stay after seeing the room.
Disliked: We did not even stay at this resort. We saw the room and spoke with the assistant manager, Aaron, immediately. I was told that I would be refunded onto my credit card and after check today, I was still charged. The room had mold on the walls, bugs on the floor, the kitchen drawer was hanging off, the fire alarm was ripped out of the wall and the furniture was ripped. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. I am in the process of trying to get my refund that I was promised.

Disliked: Pool not heated as advertised. Hot tub was out of service. King bed was in the shape of a mixing bowl, totally miserable with a spring sticking up on the left side of the bed, right around your ribcage. We ended up putting our pillows at the end of the bed where the mattress was less worn. We had family that traveled and stayed there as well. Hated to leave them and find another place. I would have if they weren't there.
