Liked: We book the Quality Inn in Palm Springs at least one month ago. When we arrived there, the hotel was no longer a Quality Inn and did not accept our reservation. This left us virtually stranded in Palm Springs. You even sent us a reminder the day before

Liked: The Hotel was sold off and there was a differant hotel there.
Disliked: Wasn't the best hotel to stay in.

Liked: Staff, courteous, above and beyond helpful.
Disliked: Adjoining door broken, No bathroom fan. Tv operation was iffy. Everything else was ok

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel 3+ years ago and regrettably nothing has improved but declined overall. Here we go. No hot water, dirty carpet, walls need scrubbed Lobby entrance door busted and finally found working ice maker after 3 attempts on several floors

Liked: This was an unexpected stay due to a late arriving flight. We arrived around midnight and the front door was locked but there was a sign to call a number and the man came out relatively quickly. Quiet and easy parking.
Disliked: The room on average was clean but there was splattered food on the curtains (BBQ sauce). The lobby felt austere. No fan in the bathroom. Not enough places to put 4 suitcases.
