Friendly staff; clean, comfortable beds...

Liked: The breakfast was acceptable but not great. Fresher muffins, more variety yogurt & English muffins would be better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfortable beds.
Disliked: The toilet was very low, about 12 inches off the ground which is very hard on arthritic knees and had an uncomfortable seat.

The price I think was...

Liked: The staff were very nice and professional.
Disliked: The elevator sounded like it was gonna break a little scary. The tvs barely worked or the remotes

Not quite there

Liked: Location was nice. Staff was happy and pleasant. Price waa good. You get what you pay for.
Disliked: The hotel was or is going through renovations? We were the only car in the parking lot when we arrived. (A few others showed up later in the evening) I asked why it was so quiet and they said some of the rooms were not available yet. Those rooms had the doors propped open. Which I thought was strange. The lobby area was clean but the rooms were not. Carpets were not vacuumed well. The pool was super cloudy, we chose not to use it. The AC unit had a bad smell. We survived the night but would not stay again. They seem to be trying to make everything better but its not there yet.

Disliked: Breakfast was biscuits and gravy. Or the standard DIY waffles. Very disappointing.

Booking . com terrible and...

Liked: convenient location - that is why I booked it
Disliked: I tried to change reservation and Booking . com was totally unhelpful and an impediment - could not even access their phones even though I tried to change days in advance to modify reservation by one day. I called hotel and they claimed they were unable to help at all Will never use Booking . com again since they deliberately make themselves not helpful on the customer service side
