This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room looked like it was under construction. The floor was put in poorly, so the noise when you walked was loud as some spots were shallow underneath. Baseboards were missing, or laying on the floor. The shower rod was installed incorrectly, so the curtain fell to the center any time you tried to close it. The shower head had been replaced, but the work was unfinished, with white spackle was all around it, and the walls. My room was never cleaned. Had to take towels down for replacement. If you didn't get down to Breakfast by 0745 there was no food left. Coffee was cold sometimes. No one should have been allowed to stay in these rooms.

Liked: The bed was the only thing I liked.

Great hotel; clean; modern rooms; friendly staff; good breakfast and overall a pleasant experience and a very quiet and peaceful stay.

Annoying

Disliked: My towels were dirty like crusty dusty dirty , the room had a oder . It was iust dirty and busted not what i paid for

Tolerated it

Disliked: Under construction, tv didn’t work, hardly any food for breakfast, pool filthy

I should have been notified...

Liked: The Hotel was under complete renovations. Dust everywhere, tile boxes, toilets, ply wood, it was truly a construction zone. Unsafe in some areas to be frankly. The staff was extremely friendly, however, I feel I should have been notified of the construction prior to my arrival.
Disliked: The hotel was under construction! Should have been notified prior to the check in. Plus It was unsafe for my students.

Disappointing

Disliked: The property is under remodeling and it’s a lot of dust and smells bad, mold and stuff like paint.They are supposed to tell you they are doing some job and if you are agree to stay like that. I had problems sleeping because I can’t breathe because the smell and dust.Also the floor’s room it wasn’t clean

Liked: The workers were nice and provide me with everything I needed
Disliked: The Ac only worked when it’s on 65 and I booked two queen size bed and only one blanket was provided

Liked: The room was great. At first I had a problem with operating the T. V. But I called the front desk the gentleman was so nice and he helped very well. And showed me twice on how to operate the remotes and I was able to do it myself. The towels were smaller I liked the others ones better. Because we're larger. But those were Ok. Just smaller. I had to use 2 towels each time.
Disliked: I like Large towels . I didn't bring my large personal Towels Do to they we're larger the last time. I did bring my large towels but I didn't have to use them due the fact your towels were great before, no problem. I'll bring my own. I didn't eat breakfast because I had plans with my family. All in all I really didn't have a bad anything to say. The staff were nice.

Very upset!

Liked: Well we didn’t even stay because it was so dirty. The hotel never reimbursed us the money.
