Nicest hotel I've stayed in and the staff were very friendly and made our stay a pleasure. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

I thought the hotel was nice. Good location and clean. I made a reservation weeks in advance for 2 double beds - I had 4 people on this trip. Got my confirmation, all is good, checked in and when I went to the room it had 1 king bed! They did bring blow up mattresses and changed our room in the morning. I will stay again but will confirm my room type prior to arrival.

I had booked a room with double beds. Upon arrival they gave me a single bed and an air mattress. I PAID for a double, not an air mattress. Once in the room, no towels were in the bathroom. Food was left in the microwave from a previous occupant (have pictures of this). Room was obviously not thoroughly cleaned. Was told at front desk at check in that my booking was sent for a "single bed" which I have picture proof that I paid for a double bed. Upon check out was told that we had "double beds" which leads me to believe I was lied to. I will be calling the manager and complaining.

Liked: Good breakfast.
Disliked: Sleep on an air mattress; food left in microwave; no towels at all in room.

Disliked: There was a door in the room that led to the room next door which allowed you to here everything little thing the neighbors were doing and vice versa. Also the TVs should be upgraded

Liked: I liked that the hotel was clean and smelled good upon arrival. House keeping had no issues giving us fresh towels and linen when we asked. The hotel was near plenty of dining options and also a BP gas station was within walking distance.
Disliked: We checked in around 6pm and after driving for 8 hours the kids were excited to get in the pool. When i asked the front desk clerk what time the pool closes she replied 'kids cant be in the pool alone' as if i would allow my kids to be unattended in the pool! When I repeated the question totally ignoring her response she stated the pool closed at dark. Finally get to our rooms (we booked 2) we get a call saying only 4 people were allowed per room..THERE WAS 8 OF US HENCE THE REASON WE BOOKED 2 ROOMS!! We let the kids put on swim clothes so they could get some swimming in and get to the pool about 7pm lo and behold here comes that same clerk at 7:44 saying we had to leave because she was locking the pool and she also kicked another guest out of the so called gym! The next morning I went to the front desk because my key wasn't working and the MOD Maureen seemed to have an attitude for no reason at all by asking me do I have a problem..Do your job and reactivate my key! The "breakfast" was HORRIBLE with nothing but bread and juice to offer!! Needless to say I will never return not even for free!!!!!

Good experience and the price...

Liked: It was good for the price and for the purpose of the trip. It’s not far from Mayo Clinic. Just make sure you check the traffic and travel distance if you are going to Mayo the morning of. 1 of the days we were there, it took 20 minutes to get to Mayo. The other 2 days took about 13 minutes (which is great!). There are plenty of options for restaurants (Applebees is right next door). The breakfast options were okay. Lots of carbs! We didn’t eat breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say. It was okay.
