Staff is friendly and trying...

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. They did their best to make things right.
Disliked: Our first room spelled like cigarettes and pot and urine. It was so bad, we could not stay in the room. We walked in and right back out to request another room.

Disliked: They gave my 50$ deposit to someone without a id to confirm access to the money and told me that it's not there problem. I never received my deposit back.

Icky and uncomfortable. Anyone who...

Liked: Nothing. Obvious high crime area.
Disliked: Room was dirty and smelled of cigar smoke. Door lock was broken. Drain in the shower was clogged. There was a half eaten Reese’s cup next to the bed that was turning white because it had been there so long.

NASTY

Liked: Just location
Disliked: Well where do I being ! The first room I got was#115 in had nasty window curtains with cobwebs , ac was broken , bedroom had mold in shower.... trash in floor by front door !!!! Went down told them they moved me to room #117 the door was nasty inside , curtains were nasty, cobwebs above curtains in corners, TV was nasty on back , bed sheets were nasty had nasty spots on them, shower had mold and shower head was nasty !!!!! NIT HAPPY AT ALL really want my money back . I WILL NEVER stay here again !!!!! Will not recommend this place !!!!! I have pictures as well Have ALOT more pictures that iam sending to main office
