Disliked: The fact that they didnt clean the rooms everyday, nothing got restocked. A guest shouldnt have to ask.

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was great. The location was nice.
Disliked: The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors all night. The beds were not comfortable, very hard and the pillows were nearly flat. The swimming pool was closed for majority of our stay and we booked a hotel room simply to take our kids swimming. Upon telling the staff of the incident in the pool (someone else getting sick in pool), they looked at me like deer in headlights and than ran off without any communication and then closed the pool for the remainder of our stay. There should be a note on the website that there is not a hot tub even though there is a pool. Upon checking in, there were items in our fridge that were not ours. We did not receive any complimentary shampoo or conditioner.
