Good location near airport with...

Liked: Nice hotel with pool and hot tub. Good location and great breakfast! Hotel staff always available.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: The pool and hot tub were awesome. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff there was all friendly and helpful. Best hotel I've ever stayed in.
Disliked: Can't think of anything I didn't like .

I love staying at Baymont...

Liked: I love staying at Baymont it’s our family’s go-to when we need to take a little break from the world but don’t have the funds to travel far. * in this instance, it was my sons 8th birthday party we had at the hotel. It was what he had chosen for what he wanted to do for his birthday bcuz we have stayed there many times before and he just loves it. So, we booked a suite, and there was plenty of room in the kitchen/living room area to have his party with family, enough room that they were not having to go into the bedroom area for anything which was super nice. (I was also able to call ahead of time and since our room was ready I was able to check-in a little earlier so that I could decorate before everyone arrived, bonus!); Of course we had to swim with everyone and it was just fantastic. There was enough room for everyone plus other guests from the hotel. The arcade and pool tables were a big hit as well! The beds are so comfortable and clean that you just wake up refreshed. Then there’s the famous breakfast, which was nothing short of great to wake up to, there is absolutely everything you could want in their breakfast room!Thank you so much for making my sons 8th birthday party go smoothly and successfully!!
Disliked: Breakfast could go a little later, it would have been nice to sleep a little longer, but couldn’t miss out on breakfast lol!

Efficient.

Liked: Solid facility with well-trained and competent staff. Bonus that it is adjacent to headquarters of a respected truck line in DSM. [Yes, their trucker's behavior is noted at such facilities, and misbehavior is not acceptable. Company rules.] As a result, the symbiotic relationship benefits all. Including us who fill out the rooms available. Points added for refillable soap and consumables containers. Breakfast steward highly professional.
Disliked: Only fault was that TV remote failed, allowing only volume and on/off. Fortunately, Fox was innocuous at the time. Well, and the fact only sheer drapes at ground level parking disturbed me, movement there was not a problem on a Monday night.

Would stay again

Liked: Excellent hot breakfast, they provided a map so you could find the amenities, staff was friendly. You could tell it was ran/operated by a trucking company but it did not feel like a truck stop hotel at all. Room was very clean.we didn't get a chance to use the pool/hot tub because we were very busy but from what we could see they were clean and large enough to accommodate quite a few people.
Disliked: Location- nothing the hotel can do about that though. There wasn't any restaurants super close to it.

Pleasant

Disliked: Bed uncomfortable, and too high off of ground. Chairs sit too low to the ground, you sink in, and are hard to get out of because of this. Could use refreshing.
