The hotel is convenient for people who have students at the University of Iowa. There are many places to eat within a short distance of the hotel as well.

Pros: It was very clean and attractive. The people who cleaned the rooms were very nice.

Cons: The tables in the breakfast room were not cleaned after being used. That was disgusting.
