Okay Stay

Liked: Staff was nice and courteous.
Disliked: The room was not clean. I saw crumbs on the floor and in the chair, box spring covers loose under both beds, hair in the shower, the window was cracked when I lifted the shade the next morning, the shower gel bottle was empty, dusty.

Not a good experience!

Liked: Clean, basic but comfortable
Disliked: Arrived and system was down. Couldn’t check in for 2hs. When a room was assigned it was a mess, not cleaned. Next day went for breakfast and they were out of eggs!! Couldn’t believe.

Disliked: My room was dirty I had to go purchase bleach wipes and clean the room myself

Liked: The cleanliness of the property, staff was friendly and very accommodating. Food was good. Breakfast was good also.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but they was out of a lot of stuff.

Good hotel for business/conference use...

Liked: We didn't go for the breakfast option, so can't comment.Staff very friendly & quick to help when we needed anything. The rooms are good size with en-suite facilities. The sliding door to those en-suite facilities helped with space utilisation. Bed comfortable & good size. Towels replaced daily.
Disliked: Preferred to have an overhead light somewhere as lighting quite low. Multiple lamps helped offset but still overall lighting level was low.Sliding door to en-suite means that toilet use was not private noise-wise to the other person in the bedroom.Lift worked but needed maintenance overhaul. Panel & wires open, not safe for children.
