Not a good experience except...
Liked: Not Much. Just the location for the eclipse. Some personnel a bit helpful. NOthing much.
Disliked: Beds to high. Dirty room , Toilet to low and not working well. Nosiy area. Breaskfast fair. Too high a price for the rooms.Small rooms. Dim lighiing. No support bars in restroom. Carpet seemed dirty and old. Think we should get some type of refund for the poor accommodations. Please don't send any vouchers for future visits. Not at a;; impressed with Baymomt/

Filthy and Falling Apart.
Liked: No bed bugs. This is a very low bar I set for hotels. And to their credit I did not find any bed bugs.
Disliked: Where do I even begin? This place was filthy and falling apart. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. I mean it was very obvious just glancing at the floor. I even found Doritos crumbs around the base of the bed. I also found a couple of dead insects (I don't know what kind they were). But at least they were dead. The drapes were dingy and falling apart so I couldn't close them completely. One funny note, we found an extra TV remote near the bed by the wall that was probably lost. If they had cleaned the room properly they would've found it. The first morning I took a shower and the tub did not drain. I went to the front desk but there was no one there. I think they had the one person running around doing everything, poor guy. I finally found a dude and he changed my room. The tub in the new room had a leaking issue and drenched the rug next to the sink outside. At least the water drained though. The new room however didn't have a microwave, so I just took the one from my previous room. All the decor looks mismatched and falling apart. It reminds me of a cheap apartment that someone in Los Angeles converted into a studio apartment with the least amount of effort. On top of it all, I'm pretty sure some of the staff live in the hotel and cook their food there. The halls had a very strong smell of spices. That, I didn't mind so much, but what bothered me was that my clothes smelled like those spices fo the entire stay and until I got home. Not cool man!FYI, I paid $200 a night but this was during the Eclipse, so I know it was premium. But even at their supposed price of $100 a night, the place is criminally overpriced. I typically do not use expensive Hotels because I only need them to sleep in, not to spend my time in. But I can confidently say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed it. I just felt so gross sleeping there. I was not a great experience. Wyndamn really setting the pace with this one.

Disliked: ROACHES IN ROOM, STAFF DOESNT CARE TO REFUND JUST MOVE YOU ROOMS. HOTEL SMELT LIKE WEED AND CIGARETTES AS SOON AS YOU WALK THROUGH THE LOBBY DOOR. WALKING TO THE ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR ALL YOU COULD HEAR WAS LOUD MUSIC AND PEOPLE TALKING

Liked: Location. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially the woman at the front desk.
Disliked: Dirty. You could tell the gentleman cleaning the rooms (either owner or mng.) Was not cleaning rather hiding things. Over all not a bad hotel. Just really need basic updates and a deep cleaning.
