Liked: The bed was confortable!
Disliked: The fauchet lieak. When we take a shower, the water goes on the floor. We have to take the towels for clean the floor all wet. The bathroom, need a refresh! For 100.00$ for a night, we are desapointed very much.I wash my hair and the hair dryer don’t work. The person come at 9:30 pm for gave me a other dryer. We live at 4:30 in morning and we wait et call a manager, for service and nobody answer? After 5 minutes, we take a picture on my room’card for no body was there and when we start to go, the person come to us!!! Service cote is for us ☹️ We look for breakfast to late at 7:00 in morning for travellers. We quit at 4h in morning.

A Convenient Stay

Liked: Breakfast and location.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was not finished. Whatever work they were doing and, the heat and air didn't work properly.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel front desk manager was not very friendly. He tried to keep my driver license. He also made a copy of my credit card. The entire facility smelled of smoke even though it was listed as a non smoking facility. None of the windows had a screen on them.

FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!

Liked: The location was near the military base.
Disliked: Our room was located on the 4th floor. The bathroom sink and toilet had hair strands on them. Both queen beds comforters has cigarette burns on them and the beds were uncomfortable and too springy. On check-out day, we were awaken at 5 am by our smoke detector blaring for no reason. Come to find out other guests on the same floor was having the same issue. Called the front desk and was told there was not a fire, but a faulty system and maintenance would have to reset the control switch. The blaring continued for 3 1/2 straight hours. Ugh! Eventually we check out at 8:30 am and the clerk didn't even apologize for the inconvenience of being awaken earlier or offered a discount on the room charge.Also, I have stayed in a number of hotels for business and pleasure and never once have I seen a clerk photocopy my credit card. They normally verify the information in their system and give it back but this clerk photocopied it. If I notice anything out of the ordinary I will report them for fraud and notify the VA Attorney General Consumer Protection Division.

A waste of money unclean...

Liked: The only positive about the property was the distance from the base
Disliked: The property was very unclean my wife mother and my two children came to visit me while I have been away for military training the state of the room was absolutely unacceptable the service was unprofessional and the cleanliness was non existent I brought up the complaint that the bed in the room I paid for for my family was broken and completely sunken in the young man at the front desk shrugged his shoulders and said there’s nothing he could do about it he didn’t even try to accommodate out legitimate complaints they don’t enforce the no smoking rule there were people smoking in the side entrance/exit of the door so when you walk in your greeted by a disgusting cloud of smoke. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here for any reason.

For the cost it was...

Liked: The room was nice and large.
Disliked: The hall way had an odor that was rough. Same as the elevator.

Disliked: The breakfast and the mattress sleeping springs sticking out who body was paying and my grandchild was body was in pain also very discomfort

Not what I expected from...

Liked: Breakfast was fair, location was good for Fort Gregg Adams. Room was noisy. Property was run down compared to most Choice Hotel properties I have stayed in.
Disliked: Property was run down and room was noisy.
