We stayed over for WMU graduation at Miller Auditorium. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff was exceptionally friendly and customer service oriented. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and everything ran very smoothly, the room was comfortable and we would definitely book at the Baymont again!

Disliked: Staff was so rude. I asked for clean towels because the ones in my room didn’t look clean and I was given complete attitude and denied towels until next day. I checked out and got a full refund.

Liked: Bed was okay and the guy that checked me in was friendly
Disliked: The room was not cleaned, no hot water, chip crumbs on the carpet, desk was dirty and the floor was not mopped. Someone was playing loud music at 2 am in the parking lot as people. The atmosphere was lil scary with people walking in and out.

Disliked: The elevator didn’t work. You couldn’t take breakfast back to your room, they didn’t have enough seats to sit and eat at. The bathroom tub had burn marks. The sheets had stains. No real place to charge phones or laptops tops. No Hot Water!!
