Liked: We liked that there was a pool available.
Disliked: The room wasn't real clean

Disappointing

Liked: Booked room for its location to the airport and the ability to get back to the airport on the free shuttle. Unfortunately the there is only one van with limited seating so we left 2hrs earlier than needed. Had this info been available I would've chosen another hotel.

Won’t stay here again.

Liked: The hotel was quiet.
Disliked: The staff were rude. The airport shuttle gave my luggage to another person who didn’t have luggage. Due to this mishap, I had to pay to get my luggage sent to me, making my refrigerated meds go bad. I called to complain and they didn’t care. No refund or offer to pay to get my suitcase to me.

mismatch expectation on its class.

Liked: soap was great value, seat and sofa very comfortable. Breakfast staff and varieties above norm. Lobby coffee welcome even after midnight arrivals (a lot).
Disliked: desk lamp broken switch not fix, disconnected, how can anyone work on dark at the desk? heater banging noise at least once or twice an hour. TV stand sealed, noway watch it beside desk. Ethernet wire won't work, wireless work, but slow. Coffee not really match 3 decaf only 1 regular (is it normal?) Free shuttle, if the staff really aware of already arranged arrival. Wait long time at the wrongful instructed picked up point, despite advance notification on late arrival but nowhere to be found, said 505/510 gate, picked up at 507. Weat and East side? crap. It should be red or blue signs, who knows the direction after 30hrs connecting flights?
