Overall good value for what...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the beds pretty comfortable. The heating unit seemed very efficient, temperature quickly adjusts to your setting. Great location, easy walk to Banff centre, parking was also free.
Disliked: Sone of the linens were outdated and needed replacement. Our room was quite dark and needed more lighting. The tub was slippery and no anti-slip mats provided nor hand rails to hold on to.

Great location, Not so great...

Liked: The location was great! Very close to downtown, so very easy to get around. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: I had a hell of a time trying to find the outdoor parking area as there is no sign letting you know which hotel you were at behind the building where the actual parkade is. The gentleman working the desk that evening was also quite rude, seemed like he would have rather been anywhere else than there to help out. Once I finally found the parkade at the rear of the building the only door into the hotel said it was locked after 9 PM, by the time I parked it was 9:54. The lighting in the room was a bit dull. I found myself struggling a little bit in the morning while trying to make coffee. Ended up doing most of it in the bathroom, just to see what I was doing. The last thing I would like to mention, is that this Hotel is an absolute maze! I had a hell of a time finding my way around inside as well. Very confusing and poorly engineered.

Great value for money, centrally...

Liked: The room and in particular the bed, was very comfortable. Parking inside was great as it allowed us to keep our ski boots in the car and they were dry each morning.
Disliked: The heating/air con in the room was very noisy, we kept it switched off during the night. The hot tubs didn’t work well, they were hot but the jets didn’t work very well
