We are located on the north side of Kendal, a historical market town ever expanding and offering numerous shops pubs and restaurants. We offer 2 en suite double rooms and the balcony room with four-poster bed and private bathroom directly opposite the room. Breakfast and free use of a local hotel pool, gym and spa is included in the cost of your stay.The swimming pool, sauna and gym are located at the nearby Sanctuary Health Club, and are free for guests.
