Very nice house, close to lots of great restaurants on Broadway. This would be excellent for someone without a car - the area is very walkable. In the winter, walking to downtown might be a little far but in the spring or summer it would be wonderful.

Pros:  Very lovely and unique house. The owner is very friendly and breakfast was always delicious.
Cons:  Street parking was very hard to find - we often circled the neighbourhood a few times to find a spot.

Lovely old home in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a mix of antiques and modern furniture. Elegant, yet very welcoming and homey. Comfy bed and all the ammenties one could want in a room (we were in the Veneitian Room). Loved the old deep bathtub! Afternoon tea and cookies a nice touch. Good restaurants within an easy walk and short hop to get downtown. Breakfast of fresh fruit, cereal, juice and fresh muffins suited us fine. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had the house to ourselves but we understand it gets very busy in the spring and summer. Great value and very preferrable to a standard, impersonal hotel.

Pros:  Lovely quiet location in the heart of Seattle. Personal service.
Cons:  Not a thing.
