Liked: Reception esp Jessica's tips about Disney, friendly staff. Shuttle service except early entry timing that won't work with 7 05 start of the bus. Clean hotel, excellent service.
Disliked: Pool n spa are not available due to maintenance.

Liked: Proximity to Disney Springs
Disliked: Fees for self parking. Parking shouldn’t be charged at any of the hotels if self parking your vehicle. Obviously I have to park my car there. I’m staying there.

Liked: Loved the atmosphere and decor.Staff was INCREDIBLE!
Disliked: Pool under renovation but we were able to use The Wyndham pool so it all worked out.

Disliked: We got stuck in an elevator for 15 min,the next morning we woke up to 2 elevators out of service,we had to walk up 14 flights w our bags,while my daughter had a stomach virus,shower could have been cleaner,sour creamer in room No bus to downtown Disney

Disliked: Both rooms I've stayed in, interested past 3 weeks had broken tiles in the shower. They say they are remodeling, but these rooms seem to be remodeled already?
