Liked: Liz stallions was amazing. So helpful and accommodating. We liked the lounges and the complimentary fruit .
Disliked: The AC in the third floor lounge was broken and wasn’t fixed the whole time we were there (6 days) despite reporting it several times. Also, the shower fixtures in the rooms are outdated. The handles was loose and would turn to hot on its own.

Liked: The location is very convenient. The staff are super helpful, check in/out and housekeeping services are fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. Very comfortable stay.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing to not like.
