Disliked: I am a swimmer, I book hotels with indoor pools. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed, and it was listed on their website. It took several minutes at the desk for them to find the very small disclaimer print, buried on a back page, to show us the listing! We were also charged a “resort fee” for the pool!!!! Which was non refundable!Two of the three elevators are out of order, and the line and wait was very long, it was suggested that we use the stairs, we were on the 9th floor? The room was extremely dusty, no toiletries, no glasses? I was told sternly by the attendant that the room was acceptable clean and that I could request paper cups, but she had none, I had to go to the desk, who had none?I found a very nice attendant on a different floor who graciously gave me two paper cups!
