Problem handled great & respectfully.

Liked: Breakfast as always was wonderful. I had a problem with my room and the gentleman that helped me got me into a new room immediately and refunded me. My money for the problem that I had which was pretty bad but all in all, it was handled graciously and correctly for the seriousness of the problem. It will not keep me from.
Disliked: I had a problem in my first room.I did call the next day and speak with the daytime.Clark to tell her what had happened and asked her if weston had followed through with the problem she said that it will be taken care of so nobody else will have the problem

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding. Very accommodating with my inability to use stairs and put in a main level room.

Liked: Though an older property everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast is above and beyond a lot of more expensive hotels that I've stayed at The staff were friendly and efficient.
Disliked: This was my second stay at this property and the bed was uncomfortable during my first stay. This particular stay the bed was much more comfortable and I had no issues. The only other thing that is a bit disappointing is that there is no elevator to reach the second floor. I know that going in, but it was a minor inconvenience.
