Disliked: We were woken up in the middle of the night by staff to be given a piece of paper that did not pertain to us and when I told the front stafff checking out all she stayed was ok

Book Crowne Plaza instead of...

Liked: Breakfast was nice, and morning staff was very polite - but nothing could erase my disappointment in this hotel.
Disliked: Where is the hot tub I paid for? Why is it so dark in the pool? How long has the elevator to it been broken? Why is there no manager? Even the lamp in the room was broken. It was just...disappointing. if I'd known they BRICKED the hottub from their ad, I would have booked at Crowne Plaza. It's a few blocks away and SO much better!
