The only annoying thing was checking in and finding that there was a resort fee which was not disclosed when I made my reservation. The staff was polite and helpful at every occasion.

High expectations; mediocre quality

Liked: We stayed at Atlantis because there was a ceremony for graduating medical residents and it was convenient. I was thoroughly shocked and happy that they offered wheelchairs for free during the stay, and the Bell-men we're phenomenal as were the housekeeping staff.
Disliked: The ceremony for graduating residents seemed very last minute and rushed. The food was poor quality and just finger food - no meal as was alluded. The indoor swimming pool has such high stairs it was difficult even for able-bodied people to get in and out. There is no microwave in the rooms and restaurants were extremely high priced. It was terrible having to walk through the casinos and smoke to get anywhere in the hotel.
