Disliked: Dirty, staff was rude and there was a scary looking lady sitting by the office most of the time scowling at us and making us feel threatened. The manager is also bias and treats some better than others. He seems like he’s getting high with several tenants who live there

Disliked: Mattress was old and dirty.. You can find cleaner and newer ones at the curb on garbage day. As soon as I walked into the room, I took the comforter off and threw it on the floor because it had blood stains. They looked like they were over 10 years old.The power blew multiple times, leaving us in the dark. The bathroom was smaller than a closet. You had to sit side ways, or your knees would hit the wall.The wall was like 6 inches from the toilet.There wasn't even enough room to stand in front of the sink when the door closed, so you always had to keep it opened. The pool was green. We were so upset we didn't stay another night.We packed our stuff up and left to go home and sleep in a clean bed.

Liked: The older gentleman at the counter was very kind and tried to help to his best ability even though he is not the owner and has no control over a lot of what’s going on.
Disliked: It was terrible in every way. The doors lock but but barely you could give it a good push and open it when locked. The doors looked kicked in at some point or busted through and you can literally see through the cracks big enough for bugs and people to look in on the sides. The beds had dried blood hair and crumbs in them and looked as if there never cleaned. The bathroom has black mold on the shower curtains and in the shower tile that want chipped away. Does not look anything like the pictures from the curtains being ripped down to cigarettes being put out on the microwave and the TV being cracked with holes on the walls.
