I won't stay here again. I'm glad that I was drunk when we got back from the Elton John concert - you get what you pay for.

Pros: Close to the Toyota Center.

Cons: Sorry to say but this hotel is stuck in the 70's. The hotel smelled and the rooms were in bad shape also - what do you expect for a cheap price.

Stay anywhere else - this hotel is gross.

Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is the location

Cons: This hotel was filthy! I was greeted by a locked door - eventually the door was opened by a staff member wearing pajamas. Carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Weird smell. Didn't feel safe at all. One of the worst hotels ever!

Pros: location

Cons: not a hotel that is warm in their attention to guests. They do a excellent job of making you feel unwelcome.

This is a small "family" hotel. I think if they were more "nurturing" and made sure customers were parked safely (it is all metered around the hotel) I feel it would add to the small hotel feel. It was very clean and the people were nice...I guess my view of customer service is that they should make people feel looked after. I would return.

Pros: It was comfy and very convenient for me.

Cons: I think they should be more helpful with the parking situation.
