Liked: The staff is efficient and friendly. The hotel is very clean. They finally put refrigerators in the rooms which is a plus on my list.
Disliked: This hotel is dated and therefore the rating should be less in my point of view. The toilets are too low (and I'm only 5 1) and the beds are too high.

Liked: Lobby is pretty. Proximity to French Quarter unbeatable.
Disliked: The window in our room faced directly into another room ten feet away, so we had to keep the drapes closed the entire staywhich was made worse by the fact that the room was the size of a shoebox! Staff members all extremely unfriendly. Look elsewhere!

Liked: The location of the property was perfect. Literally on the corner of Bourbon and Canal.
Disliked: Some of the staff members were extremely rude. The staff before check in needs to be fired. No customer service friendly at all. Was very rude when answering just simple questions. So rude that I almost wanted to change my location of stay. I work in customer service and that staff was unacceptable.
