I did not like the hidden fees that were sprung on me when I checked in. The "resort fee" was not disclosed on Priceline. Failure to disclose all fees may be considered to be false advertising or an unfair or deceptive act or practice. The receptionist was not pleasant when I raised this issue. The manager that I spoke to eventually resolved the matter by waiving the fee. I will not go back to this hotel.

Already recommending to friends to stay at The Shore at Waikoloa. Very nice,clean and quite.
