Beautiful comfortable accommodations in a prime location!

Liked: I liked everything about this hotel. The location is prime and it is perfectly clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious and provided everything I needed. I enjoyed the marine theme and decor and I absolutely love the architecture and structure with the brick and the supporting beams. The staff were very good, and I found the concierges to be particularly useful, helpful and efficient. I really appreciated them!
Disliked: Theres really nothing I didnt like. I would just like to mention that certain staff members were not as friendly as others. I found that some staff didnt smile and, while they technically did their job, they did not provide a personal human aspect to their interactions. I dont like to bring this up but it does linger in my impressions so I feel I have to; I actually got the impression that certain staff paid more attention to guests who were dressed a certain way and looked more affluential. Other staff members, however, had genuine welcoming smiles and seemed genuinely happy to help in any way they could. This makes such a positive lasting impression on me. This is what makes me remember a hotel and what makes me talk about it spontaneously to others and recommend it to them.
