Liked: Only hotel I could find 3 beds at.Very comfortable.Breakfast ok
Disliked: The elevator we needed was out of order.The other had a 1 foot drop when stopped on 3rd floor. Painfully jolted our bodies. Loud. Inspection date was expired. We were nervous.I contacted property, they said to contact Booking.com. to arrange for permission to change dates with 24 hr notice, because of sever weather. Nobody got back to me. Front desk finally resolved the issue & did not charge us for the second night.

Liked: Location was fine
Disliked: Outdated, AC/Heat was a huge vent in the wall where you froze or spontaneously combusted. Shower needs a mat, my spouse slipped and fell in it. Windows not sealed and the wind whistled all night. Elevators are very loud. Front desk clerk called me 2 times to make sure I was still coming, while I was at a concert- weird.

Don't Stay Here

Disliked: Staff was rude. Charged deposit yet never received keys to my room the entire stay. Had to have front desk open laundry room 3 times just to do laundry. Used to be a great hotel. New management have no people skills and don't enjoy helping or answering questions. This used to be a 5 star hotel in my book. Has depressed to a 1 star hotel. I'll never stay here again

Liked: The price was very reasonable. The room was huge and very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The man that checked us in was friendly.
Disliked: Nothing other than there weren't any restaurants within close walking distance.
