Disliked: The windows didn’t lock and held by two screws leaving slightly open for easy break in. Asked to change rooms to second floor for safety concerns especially because I’m pregnant and front desk said very cold no we can’t and we said can you fix the window and it was in the afternoon and he said he could send maintenance to look at it in the morning which defeats the purpose and we were only staying one night. Smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. First staff member didn’t acknowledge us for 5 minutes while we waited there in awkwardness not letting us know why we were waiting to check in. Fridge in room wasn’t cold and dirty. Beds has little bugs in sheets. Crumbs under mattress. Towels had off white stains. Bathroom door didn’t lock from being broken. Not enough toilet paper. Ceiling was rotting from leak in bathroom. Used the vending machine took some of our quarters and dollar insert didn’t work and the return coins button didn’t give us back money we put. We told front desk and he said he couldn’t do anything because they are third party machines. And we asked for quarters for the machine that didn’t take dollars and he said he didn’t have any.

Disliked: Problem with key room, have to reset many time to get in the room. Old room with broken hair blow dry. Couldn’t sleep well because we can hear the loud terrible traffIc close to I 85 freeway

Disliked: The lady at the front desk absolutely magnifies EVERYTHING I DO ON A RACIALLY MOTIVATED BIAS AND ITS DISGUSTING!!! She said I had to leave because I had a guest that wasn't allowed to be here BUT I HAD NO CLUE!!! AND NOBODY SAID A WORD!! I CALL TO RENEW MY ROOM SHE SAYS I HAVE TO LEAVE AND SHES TAKING MY DEPOSIT FOR SOMETHING I WAS COMPLETELY BLIND TO!! JUS EVIL RACIST STUFF I DIDNT BOTHER ANYONE
