Liked: Staff were awesome, so friendly and amazing with my family and my medical needs.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. FANTASTIC 5*

Liked: Great location a couple of blocks back from south beach. Rooms large, clean and modern. Good air con and wifi. Pool area was nice and plenty of sunbeds.
Disliked: Drinks and food expensive just like most places in Miami. Didnt really drink or eat much at the hotel because of this.

Liked: This was our 2nd stay in the hotel, so we actually have something to compare it with. Huge thanks to Hussien at the reception - he was the key person who tried his best at 150% to take care of us. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance - so easy.
Disliked: I wish we had a better experience, but unfortunately quite few things should be addressed : -the night of arrival we found out that our kid will not have blanket/sheets for her bed, even though the booking clearly stated how many persons will be staying in the room (reason : they were out of them).-the room we checked in was dirty with hair in the bathroom (luckily we asked and were moved to another room)-pool maintenance/cleaning was done for 3-4 days (whole day) while the guests where there. seems unprofessional work planning when you have paid such price for your holidays but not able to use the pool, because the cleaning company has been reserved from 10AM-18PM.-price raise - a bit crazy

Liked: - The location is really near from the beach.- The room was what we expected.- The staff provide to you, umbrella and towells for the beach as requested.
Disliked: - The staff at the check were little helpful.- The valet parking had a really bad attitude, I think his name was "Lino", he just stayed standing while he saw me waiting for him to take the car. - When we try to tell the reception staff about this they didnt do anything and excuse the guy.- The place is hard to spot.

The geographical location is convenient,...

Disliked: There was a sudden power failure in the room, and a guest was still taking a bath. After the power failure, it was not solved, so I had to sleep without blowing my hair dry. But what makes people angry is that the first time I call to give feedback, the front desk will only call back after answering. There was no call back after half an hour, so we had to call again, but we didn't get through until the phone was automatically interrupted! We can only go downstairs to confirm whether there is anyone at the front desk. When we go downstairs to find the front desk, we only get a perfunctory reply that there will be electricity in the morning. By morning, there was still no electricity. After calling again, I waited for about half an hour before someone came to solve it.
