Did the job.

Liked: Proximity to historic district. Solarium had lovely sun at breakfast. The host of the afternoon "happy hour" was very friendly. The business center had a printer ready for the need I had. Water bottles were continuously replenished.
Disliked: Parking could have been cheaper. Pillows could have had a little more spunk. I wish our room had had an easy chair.

Pleasant

Liked: I loved the decor and the aesthetic. The staff was friendly and I liked the boutique hotel experience. Exactly what we were looking for. It was a truly gorgeous hotel. The breakfast area was lovely and the atrium made for a really beautiful morning. Typical hotel breakfast.
Disliked: Unfortunately, they seemed to be experiencing a bit of a water issue. The staff was seen at several hours of the day sweeping up some murky brown water at the front curb of the hotel. It smelled atrocious and that smell permeated into the rooms. It smelled like stale water. It wasn't great and really dampened the overall experience.

Superb

Liked: Terrific location, clean room, very comfortable beds, free breakfast and happy hour, cookies at front desk
Disliked: Having the room under the breakfast room made it a little noisy in the mornings (but easy to get to breakfast/happy hour)

This team knows how to...

Liked: The service was fabulous from the start. The front office was lovely and attentive and we were very impressed with the daily activities associated with their generous complimentary wine hour; we were there for Christmas so it made the whole experience that much more festive.
Disliked: I was fully satisfied and don't have anything to say in terms of improvements needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
