Liked: Convenient location to boardwalk. Owners were very nice and did best to help.
Disliked: Was shown three rooms, all smelled of either cigarette or marijuana. Cigarette burns on comforters. The rooms did not smell pleasant, and could have been cleaned better.

Nice classic beach-town motel.

Liked: Good location near the boardwalk and beside the police station. Very nice staff. Hotel shows its age, but is very well cared for. Small, clean swimming pool.
Disliked: Rooms are rather small, but have refrigerator and microwave, so a lot is packed into a relatively small space.
