Disappointing

Very nice and will be...

Liked: There wasn't any breakfast offered on the day we stayed but that's OK. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The only issue was people randomly knocking on our door through the night. And a little loud with people slamming doors. But some of that is to be expected

Poorly cleaned and stocked

Liked: The location was great- right off the interstate and nice view of the river and bridge
Disliked: Our nonsmoking room reeked of weed, there were cigar and blunt butts in the hallway floor outside our room, the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in over a weeks worth of guests, there was still soap in the shower from the previous occupant, and we only had a small amount of toilet paper with no spare roll present. My niece also found hair on her pillow case- not our hair. In short, the room was filthy! The ice machine on our floor didn’t work at all. It looked like it was once a very nice hotel- but that was not our experience.

Liked: The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

Liked: The staff showed great hospitality in the room was very clean!
Disliked: The air the room was not working properly which made a good nights sleep impossible. On top of the air issue the bedding sheets and pillows were uncomfortable.
