We were very pleased with our recent stay (11/7 - 11/8). Our room was clean. It was quiet. The desk clerk was very polite, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was good, especially the waffles. We would stay there again.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: They are in the middle of a remodel not even open for business. They checked me in and sent me down the street to a sister company. If I had not prepaid I would have weren't somewhere else. It was cold and dark outside I had to sit and wait for longer than I have ever waited with checking anywhere before very poor quality of service.

Not what I expected.

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: The construction - the pool not being heated- the fact they wouldn’t hold my suitcase for me nor give an early check in. Not very accommodating.

Overpriced and regret.

Liked: The location was great with what i was visiting for.
Disliked: First I live 4.5 away and they state if you live with in 30 mile radius a 200 cash deposit is required. I live in. Another state and they still made me pay this (yes I got it back but its the principle). The pictures on booking.com made this hotel look amazing and nice and well kept. However when I arrived it was clear the pictures are decieving. The rooms are nothing like the pictures and it is dated. There was numerous tiles missing in the ceilings and appeared to be under construction on the outside. The price for this room could have been lowered by at least 30 to 40 dollars considering i paid $110. The room is not worth the disarray of the hotel and does not match anything the website says. Had I known it was not the same, I would not have stayed here. I will also not be staying here in the future.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided was basic, but very good. Requested a ground floor room, and that request was accommodated.
Disliked: Property was under construction which limited parking.

Not worth $100/ night

Disliked: Was under construction and not disclosed beforehand. The carpet in the hall and going upstairs was very dirty. Hotel needed lots of updates. Our fridge was broken and stunk really bad. Wasn’t offered to have it replaced or even removed. Hot tub was Luke warm
