Nice hotel. We were looking for something close to Monarch Music Hall.

Liked: Quiet room!
Disliked: Can't really say anything was bad except the shampoo.

Liked: The Lockheed Suite was so nice. Very clean and great jacuzzi in the room.

Pillows suck. Bring your own!

Liked: Location and the room set up was good.
Disliked: The pillows seemed to be the ones that you pull from the back closet when unexpected guests arrive. Very lumpy, none of them were the same type of pillow. They really sucked.

They do not care about...

Disliked: Poor. Food’s not available (ex. Eggs not yet done on both attempts) Whirlpool broken (they stated for the last few weeks). They said any claims that they had a working whirlpool, etc were made by Bookings.com and therefore Americinn is not responsible for complying with any of them. Sounds like a scam to me. I personally am going to avoid both Bookins.com and Americinn in the future!!!
