Great value for anyone staying...

Liked: Manager was great, room was clean and breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: Shower could use deep cleaned

You get what you pay...

Liked: We chose this hotel for the location and the price.
Disliked: The rooms were not in good condition. There were chunks of paint missing from the wall. The furniture had stains. The leather office chair in our room was cracked. We had no hangers in our closet. The duvet cover and sheets had stains on them. There was hair on the bathroom floor that was not ours and there when we checked in.

Disliked: The bathroom smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, especially the towels!The beds were not comfortable at all. Very worn.

The bed and room we...

Liked: The breakfast had NO fruit, or yogurt. It had waffles, toast, bagels, some saugage, a little bit of eggs. We went to breakfast at 8:20 and it was suppose to be open until 9. No fruit, or yougurt. Also I had looked at pictures and saw the lovely hot tub, and there was none. That needs to. get off of any of your pictures. We use Cedar Falls Hotels frequently to visit family. I have grandchildren and we all the Grandparents and Grandkids all love the pool, and HOT TUB. I will not be visiting you again. My children live over off of Rainbow Drive, so it was close, but now I will be frequenting a Hotel with a hot tub and much better breakfast. I would love to have compensation of another room to use somewhere else in you AmericInn chain. I am sure that others could give you tips on how to serve, and serve well. Just show exactly what. you have, and state it fully. Never show pictures of things like the HOT TUB if you do not have it [email protected]
Disliked: No HOT TUB and no fruit or yogurt, and a little eggs.

Great location. Clean and comfy...

Liked: Nice room. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just so so which didn’t make or break the stay.
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok. Great waffles. Good coffee. Just not too many choices. Scrambled eggs weren’t hot. We usually don’t choose a place based on breakfast anyway.
